Over the years, we’ve challenged a few decisions where the outcome didn’t sit right. Not by shouting, not by lawyering up, but by understanding our UK consumer rights, keeping good records, and being prepared to follow things through properly.

YOU'VE WON A FREE SPIN - no you haven't!

A free spin should be one of the simplest concepts on the internet. Apparently not. For years, I’ve taken advantage of the daily free spin offers on Sky Bet and Sky Vegas. I’ve probably won a couple of hundred pounds over time, so I’m well aware of how the mechanics work. Recently, though, I noticed my account balance was lower than expected. Checking my betting history, I initially only saw a small 37p bet (which I’d turned into 74p), so I stopped looking and thought nothing more of it.
